Well......by now you know ( or if you dont know...please read my profile/bio)...I am CRAZY about the whole BEEEEEEEEE-thing.....and since I know I will never be able to afford EVERY bee stamp out there ( although, Mr. Lowes thinks I already own ALL of them!)....my CHALLENGE/Request is for YOU to stamp at least TWO images of every BEE STAMP ( ANY COMPANY...ANY DESIGN) you own......and mail them to me at:
StudioBeeCreations
1910 Mosley Ferry Rd
Chapmansboro, TN 37035 USA
Please make sure the images are clean & crisp...and protected in the envelope.....What am I going to do with them, YOU ASK???.....Well....what I am going to do is MAKE CARDS FOR HEROS for Sandy's organization...(be sure to check out her blog) USING my STASH ( what a great way to USE IT UP!!.winkwink...hehehehehe!)....I will keep one of the images from each stamp for my personal collection...and probably ALTER SOMETHING with all the images...PLEASE leave "uncolored".
OK...so.....hopefully I will end up with a WALL of Bee images AND LOTS of cards to send to SANDY for the soldiers!!!
Are you IN????...if so, please leave a comment on this post.....I will TRY to keep it at the top of the blog until February 29th!...That will give you PLENTY of time to gather your BEEEEEEEEEEES and stamp, stamp , stamp!...I am sooooooo excited to see all the different impressions!...Oh...and BTW...IF you know the name of the stamp company...please include that in the envie!
Thanks so much for visiting....and participating...I KNOW our soldiers will appreciate the cards...and I PROMISE...you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED in your BLOG CANDY!

TEXTURE...Sammy & the Mosaic headboard

OK...OK....by now...anyone who is a "regular" here knows I am LATE on this entry for accountability...but...have you checked out my BLOG CANDY & proposal??...A bizzzzzzy bee am ME!....not grammatically correct...but, totally explains!...Thanks to my sweet friend Alex, California Stampin'..I have been able to keep the Just Beeeecause Blog Candy post at the top ( she was brilliant at helping out my tech-no challenged brain!)....and it will stay there ( just like a new post..how cool is that??) until February 29th...when I will choose at random a winner.....That gives you PLENTY of time to send in those beeeeeeeeeeeees for heros!

sooooooooooooooooooo...without further yammering.....here is todays post.....my sweet grandguy Sam....from January of this year.....He was so inquisitive and loving all of the colors..and the feel of the texture in my CUSTOM designed headboard....made by me! ( Yes, Mr. Lowes did all the cleaning and heavy lifting!).....We took a VINTAGE 8-pane window...and I adhered some of my collection of stained glass, rescued and recycled dishes, marbles and trinket boxes and grouted the whole thing.....VERY HEAVY!!...but screwed it securely into the wall above our bed...and VOILA!!...a headboard!....Cool Beans....huh?...I can tell you its a ONE and ONLY Original!!

ANyhoo....in my quest to use it up....I have embellished the layout with some assorted colored vellum I have had stashed away...along with some very fun colored shell buttons.

My bizzzzzzzzzy-ness as of late has also been consumed with my new CARD KIT CLUB that I am offering ....both local & long distance.....SO, if you are reading this...and are possibly interested....PLEASE email me and I will send the details!!!...no obligation....no commitment!

Thanks so much for everyone's comments and participation in my Just Beeeeeeeeeeecause cause....for Cards for Heros!!!

Cards for Soldiers

I woke up this morning...got my wonderful husband Gary off to work..and started going thru my blogger list doing my "morning read".....first on my list is A Colourful World ,
by Sandy.....I was in absolute tears after reading her latest entry. It sooooo got me thinking of how AWESOME Life is...that God in His Infinite wisdom has a plan for each & every one of us...and we all have a purpose. ALthough I am NOT savvy with expressing in words, I do recognize others who are most eloquent...and Sandy has expressed MY feelings in her blog today....she is such an inspiration!
All that being said....I HAD to show the box that came to my door a few days ago....from a sweet lady, Pat , who I met at a Stamp/Craft show I did with some other STampin'UP! demos a couple of weeks ago. For some reason ( now I KNOW is a GOD thing!), Pat & I were drawn together...and she made the statement that she had been stamping 24/7 for the past 10 months, while taking care of her husband due to illness....She said she had soooooooo many cards, and didnt know what to do with them! I told her about my CARDS FOR SOLDIERS program that I am trying to get going in my rural area.....and low & behold...she sent me a BOX FULL of wonderful creations...WAY over 100 ...PLUS ENVELOPES!!.....Pat is truely a blessing!
I am located close to Ft. Campbell, Ky where my bestest friend, Laura, The Stampin' Soldier is stationed...and these cards will be sent to her fellow soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division, who are now serving our country in Iraq.
If anyone would like to contribute cards to the next BOX 'o Goodies, please send to me at:
Debbie Harris
1910 Mosley Ferry Rd
Chapmansboro, TN 37035
Please pass along this info....these brave souls put their lives on the line for us each and every day....this is the least we can do for them...
Thank you....Blessings, Debbie
