WOW!!!!....I cannot beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelieve it!......This REALLY crept up on me!....Already over 1,000 hits ( yeah, I know a bunch of them are mine...."just checking").....but....anyhoo....I am getting together some BLOG CANDY...will post pictures....hmmmmmmmm tomorow????...I HOPE!

Nice Matters Award

How SUPER Duper SWEET !!!!.....This Nice Matters award from my BESTEST Friend Laura
.....but really & truely...SHE deserves it most,most,most!....I am so blessed that 2 years ago a chance meeting in HL & then a LSS, brought us together!...She is the age of my youngest child , but in this WONDERFUL WORLD of STamping & Scrapping, age does NOT make a difference!...We do get mad when people ask..."Are you Mother & Daughter?".....guess we spend so much time together, we have "adopted" each other's ways!..( good for me...bad for her!..lol!)
I have met sooooooo many awesome ladies thru this blog...so many have INSPIRED me....Just even blogging is overwhelming to me, which is why I cannot seem to get posts done on a regular basis ( I can make the cards/scrapbook pages/altered art....just cannot write about it!)
I would like to nominate each and EVERY one on my BLOGGER ROLL for this award too!...If I could only figure out how to HIGHLIGHT the entire column!!...can you help me here, Laura?

FORTY-SHMORTY Stitchery card

WHERE have I been?????...Oh My Goodness!!!...Well...the grandguys were here for two weeks...and I really dont know how in the world you ladies with little 'uns do it all! This Mama
( that's what they call me) is tuckered out...and have been CREATIVELY CHALLENGED for the past 14 days!

ANYHOO....here is ANOTHER stitchery from my friend in Canada , Connie...( the aunt to the twins album...50 pages..I just completed!).....She took a retired SU stamp set: Paris in Spring..enlarged it...stitched it ( EXPERTLY) onto muslin and sent to me with the request to make into a 40th Birthday card for her sister.
So, after adhering to heat & bond, then to cardstock...I attached to layered patterned paper & solid c/s from my stash. VINTAGE trim....and CUSTOM printed sentiment on vellum. I painted ( MM paint) rouge Chipboard and used some Heidi Swapp chip also.
Seriously....I feel Connie should get all the credit...since her stitching is awesome....I think we make a GREAT team.....she keeps me so busy, I rarely have time to post on EBAY anymore!

BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE So Kind

Well..I have been waiting for the perfect time to debut my BEE So Kind Creation....using a couple of my most favoritest stamp sets from the NEW IDEA BOOK & Catalog....Pick a Petal and So Kind. Using the Ladybug Bandwagon idea, I had to make a beeeeeeeeeeeeee card..OF COURSE!!!!!!!....Using the Pick a Petal for the bee head, body & wings....stamping on a combination of So Saffron c/s, Prints Designer paper and Vellum to create the sweet bee......I hand drew the face...pierced the antennae and used the Signo white pen for the "stitched" lines. Attached to Basic Black c/s, then to a piece of the Prints Designer paper ( A2 size).....A sweet bow of Black Gingham ribbon highlights the side of the card. Swirlies and SO Kind stamped with Whisper White Craft ink.

I designed this card for my Stamp Camp last friday.....First Friday of every month, here at StudioBeeCreations...The Bee Hive!!!....It was a hit!!....everyone was a BUZZIN'!!!!!!!!!

NEW LOOK!!!

Well.........its been forever since I posted...I really want to be better at this...but, Ive been working soooooooo hard on my NEW LOOK!......OK..ACTUALLY my beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful new banner and watermark designs by the MOST OUTSTANDING, Creative & Talented ( and PATIENT!) lady...Beth at Freckled Fun Designs
With all this lady has going on..check out her blog on her latest addition....she has been working on beeeeeeeeautifying my blogspot!

Soooooo...here's my list of 7:

1. I have been married 27 years this November to my soulmate...People tell him he "glows" when he talks about me...He is a remarkable, loving, giving,totally supportive man- I am SO Lucky!
2. I LOVE CHOCOLATE...always have...always will..ALWAYS...ALWAYS!
3. I have 3 children ( Jenny 33, Joy 31, Jarrod 23......first two from first marriage) & two Grandguys (Myles 3 & Sammy 2)
4. I think I should have been born during the 1930's( Depression era)...I save everything....cannot throw anything away..Hence, my LOVE for maing STUFF outta JUNK!
5. I Love to sing...hate to dance( I cannot do this..I have two left feet, I think)
6. Favorite foods: CHOCOLATE-Oh, I already mentioned this!; BIG Yummy Salads with lots of assorted toppings & textures...ranch dressing
7. Have been dieting most of my life...must be the CHOCOLATE!

It's been WAY too long since I have posted anything...Grandguys are visiting...my BeeHive Studio STAMP CAMP is today...so I have made LOTS of new thing for it...so, at least will have some new posts coming shortly.
